Ten Mile Zone works inside difficult programs, learns the system and its constraints, and delivers maintainable software that belongs to the client.
We are not a hardware design firm, a staffing agency, or a prototype factory. Our focus is production software, firmware, and the engineering systems required to deliver them responsibly.
The name
Ten miles became an operating principle.
When the company began, every client was located within ten miles of where we lived. Ten Mile Zone was a literal description of the relationships that built the business.
Those early engagements established a standard we still follow: stay close to the real problem, work directly with the people responsible for the outcome, and remain accountable after the initial solution is delivered.
Our roots remain in Greater Los Angeles. Our engineering work now reaches beyond that original radius without giving up the proximity and responsibility behind the name.
