A small senior team works directly with the accountable client leaders and the people operating the workflow. Deployment can be onsite in Greater Los Angeles, remote inside client-controlled systems, or hybrid. The defining characteristic is proximity to the real problem and ownership of a production outcome—not physical presence for its own sake.
