What you receive: A reviewable problem frame, risk and dependency map, recommended technical boundary, and a concrete next-stage delivery decision.

Production foundation

For a funded product or defined initiative that needs its first production-grade software, firmware, platform, or AI-system foundation.

What we do: We establish architecture, delivery controls, critical interfaces, test strategy, observability, and a working vertical increment.
What you receive: Client-owned foundations and a proven delivery path that an internal or continuing joint team can extend.

Commercial clarity

Scope, duration, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms are defined after an initial fit review. We do not sell anonymous developer capacity or disguise staff augmentation as an engineering outcome.
