Trust and privacy
Privacy notice.
This notice describes the information Ten Mile Zone receives through this website and how it is used to respond to legitimate business inquiries.
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, stated engineering need, timeline, message, referral information, and consent record. Please do not send source code, credentials, regulated personal data, export-controlled information, or confidential specifications through the public form.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review fit, respond to requests, coordinate a human follow-up, maintain security and abuse controls, and understand which public resources are useful. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, analytics, security, and inquiry-routing providers may process information only as needed to operate the service. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, security, legal, and audit purposes, then delete or de-identify them when practical.
Your request
To ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy handling, use the contact form and identify the request as privacy-related. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Scope
This notice applies to this website and is not a substitute for contract terms, a client data-processing agreement, or a sector-specific privacy notice. We will provide applicable contractual terms during procurement.
